SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENT:

Calallen in 1999-2000

Students in the Calallen School District will start classes Aug. 9,
for the next school year. Trustees approved the calendar in their
February meeting.
Teachers begin with staff development
Thursday, Aug. 5.
Everyone will have a two-week
vacation at Christmas Time with the last day of school before the holidays
being Dec. 17. Teachers will return Jan.3, while students start
classes again Jan.4.
Spring break is once again scheduled for the middle week
of Mar 13-17.
The last day of instruction is scheduled for May 26 with graduation set
for Wednesday, May 24.
